Parts not found in the database could be the result of incorrect inputs or users using CPNs (customer part numbers) instead of MPNs (manufacturer part numbers). It is suggested that if a part is not found, to try and limit the number of characters listed in the query to get broader matches. Alternatively, the categories section can be used to browse the product line in which the part resides.
